Stockwell has acquired former Paul’s Milk Factory site on Montague Road, with plans to transform the landmark riverfront location into a mixed-use precinct featuring residential accommodation, hospitality venues, public spaces and improved riverfront connections.
The project is expected to play a key role in shaping the future of the Kurilpa Peninsula and strengthening links between South Brisbane, West End and the Cultural Precinct.
