Julie is a seasoned hotelier with 20 years’ industry experience in luxury hotels. During this time Julie has worked across many hotel departments, holding positions in Operations, Events, Sales, Marketing and Senior Management.

Julie has worked with Emporium Hotels for over 10 years, successfully opening South Bank’s first luxury boutique property in 2018.

Julie enjoys bringing out the best in the team and harnessing their strengths to empower them all to make decisions for guests that elevate the customer service experience.
